How do I check where a leak is in an air mattress?

I sleep on it 4 nights a week and before it started leaking, it was able to keep its full inflation at least a week. Now I have to inflate it each night before I sleep.

It must be a small leak because it doesn’t deflate the entire way when left alone all weekend.

And I don’t have a pool or a bath tub big enough to submerge the air mattress to look for bubbles :P
