Even if such a foolish notion could be entertained, How exactly do you plan on filling up said air mattress? Probably with an electric pump or by hand? Neither device is capable of producing the volume or pressures needed for the blender. A large electric compressor may be able of delivering the needed air , but that defeats the idea. So we end up with a simple fact that no matter what you try. You will still need electricity. Nice try though. If it ain`t broke, don`t try and fix it
References :
IF an immersion blender could run from compressed air, it would certainly take much, much more pressure than could ever be produced by the thin plastic walls of an air mattress. No, it would not give the required output.
