I don't know why someone doesn't develop one, there is a lot of demand. However, I am not aware of one in existence. May I suggest to do what we do, have your camp out on private land. We have several big parties every year, each one on private land. We are fortunate to know some folks who have tracts of land we can camp on. Most of the time, they come too. We have a huge bonfire, kegs, music, and plenty of food. We are isolated so we don't bother anyone. Our group ranges in age from 22 to about 65, this is why it is successful. The older folks own all the land. If you check around, one of your friends may know someone who owns some land that would be suitable. Perhaps this person would like to party. We have also leased land for the weekend from local hunting clubs. They are not hunting this time of year. Just be sure to get permission before camping on private land.
