You can post your project for free on http://elance.com and receive bids from freelance art providers – you can also see their portfolios to see what other work they’ve done. You can pay them through Elance, which is safer for you. I hope this helps, good luck!

Go to the local college and ask to speak to the art instructor of the mechanical or technical drawing class. Then tell the instructor what you need. They will be delighted to inform the students and will even help you find a student who is right for the job. The student needs all the experience and practice he needs also and will use it for his portfolio.Students will also do art for reasonable prices because they are more interested in the experience and adding to their portfolio than the money. That was how I made money and built my portfolio up while in college.
