Quick and easy food items for the trail. Some of these items are easy to find in your local grocery store and are a great alternative to freeze dried food and expensive MRE meals. I personally don’t like relying on dehydrated food like Mountain House and enjoy cooking in the woods. Items in this video can also become a part of your SHTF supplies as they are easy to store, and do not require refridgeration. If you package these items correctly you can make your own homemade mre for the trail.
